Farm Court Barns

The Barns are traditionally constructed from local limestone below clay pantile roofs, well insulated and double glazed they are cozy in the winter and cool in the summer.

There are 2 individual barns to choose from occupying the same site in the village of Welton,  some 4 miles north of the historic city of Lincoln. Situated close to all amenities in the village is Betail Barn having 3 double bedrooms and the slightly smaller Traite Barn, having 2 Double Bedrooms.

All Bedrooms have en-suite bath/shower rooms and have been extensively updated to provide all the comforts of 21st century living having luxury bathrooms and kitchens recently installed.
