Autumn Equinox Ecstatic Dance – Hartsholme Park

Join us just past the Autumn Equinox, on Full Moon to celebrate this new season with an immersive, outdoor ecstatic dance experience.
Moving freely to a curated musical journey through shifting rhythms. From slow and soulful to high-energy and euphoric, you are invited to move exactly as you feel.

No steps to learn, no "right" way to dance. This immersive music experience is led through wireless headsets providing crystal clear sound.
Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel.

Full moon is at its peak at 17:48.
